Final Compliance Monitoring Reports

Each year at its Regular Annual Session, the Commission consideres a provisional Compliance Monitoring Report (CMR) that contains: 

• An Executive Summary of issues arising from the review of assessment against obligations that year, including bservations and recommendations for improving implementation or addressing challenges.
• A detailed table that sets out the compliance status for each CCM against each obligation assessed in the CMR.
• An identification of any capacity development needs arising from the CMR review process, expressed through Capacity Development Plans.
