Any Member may under rule 3 of the Rules of Procedure request the inclusion of supplementary items in the agenda for WCPFC17

Supplementary items
Rule 3 -Any member of the Commission, the Chairman, or the Executive Director may, at least thirty days before the date fixed for the opening of a regular session request the inclusion of supplementary items in the agenda. A request for the inclusion of a supplementary item on the provisional agenda shall be accompanied by a written explanation of the proposed supplementary item. Such items shall be placed on a supplementary list, which shall be communicated to the members of the Commission, to each territory referred to in article 43 of the Convention, and to observers referred to in rule 36 at least twenty days before the opening of the session.
