The three tables in the Status update provide an overview of each issue presented in the co-chairs draft concept paper, proposed option and participants’ positions. It also provides a conclusion and recommended approach for participants’ consideration.
The final section of this document outlines a number of additional issues (Issues 4 to 12) drawn from the WCPFC Secretariat’s VMS Background Paper. Participants are also asked to provide comments on their positions on these issues
